BIg, sweet, wheaty aroma, huge esters, candied orange, dust, coriander. Lean sweetish dusty coriander-orange peel taste, big maltiness, bit soapy. Not as bad as it smells. Tuesday, February 13, 2024

You don't wanna know. Red-brown body, off-white head, creamy. Creamy, nutty, blueberry aroma, sweetish. Lean, dry taste, some fruity touches and yeastiness, not the freshest but works. Marko	2.4 Ø-bryg Dampskibsøl 0.33l bottle. Murky amber-bdown body, lasting big thick white head. Stuffy yeasty, heavy malty aroma, oxidation and esters, stale, dusty, light phenolic touches. Lean, sweetish, bit unpleasant floral, mildly yeasty, caramelly creamy taste. Apparently, it's brewed April 25th 2022 and still within best before. Sigh. Maybe should rerate if very fresh. Ripe apple mash with a hint ofdried apple chips, berries and also cabbage. Light body, moderate carbonation. Cloying apple, dried apple and apple chips aroma along with an earthy touch. Marko	2.7 Ø-bryg Humle Cider 0.33l bottle, thx HP! Shared with Hrabren. Hazy orange-golden body, off-white head. Yeasty, vegetal, bit herbal, aroma, some fermented apple, not pleasant. The taste is on the other hand what it promises, sweetish fermented apple taste, bit perfumey, some hoppy herbal touches, bit yeasty, mild oxidation. DraftDodger	3.2 Ø-bryg Hops Don't Lie Copenhagen 27/12 2023. 33 cl bottle from Beershoppen webshop. Yellow label with a couple of green hop flowers hovering. Pours unclear golden yellow with a huge white head A bit bubbly. Settles as 4 cm thick crown of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing. Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruit mingling with a mild citrus scent. Pineapple and peach. Citrus and lemon. Low carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, flat texture, Flavor is medium intense wit a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced bu a medium strong bitternes., Aftertaste is bitter with a notable bitter undertone. Lingers for a it. Finish is semi-dry. Decent NEIPA - a bit on the flat side. Wednesday, December 27, 2023

Pours opaque golden yellow - almost orange - with a huge white head. Settles as uneven and lumpy crown of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Massive lacing. Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits mingling with a more subtle scent ofclitrus. Peach and apricot. Orange and lemon. Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture. A little fizzy. Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry. Fresh, fruity and uncomplicated. Sunday, December 3, 2023
