Meadow like notes. 6+ Appearance Top: lighter white cap, produced rings on glass. Base: hazy amber gold. Palate : soft, drinkable, medium carbonation. Longer finish. Medium bodied with thinner walls. Base: clear amber gold. Palate : semi dry, good drinkability with frisky carbonation. Long finish. Medium bodied with thinner walls. Taste: Floral, citrus with amber and caramel malt as base. Clean approach. 7- Appearance Top: medium creamy cap with rings on glass. Base: clear dark amber. Palate : bit dry, with medium plus carbonation. Thinner walls. Radek Kliber	3.1 Legends Bistro Cardinal Red Ale Where and how On tap at brewpub Aromamild , hint if caramel, hint of chocolate with woody accents on top. Clean but not polished. 6+ Appearance Top: nice rings on glass , medium creamy cap (off-white shade). Base: dark amber. Palate : ok, medium bodied , medium approach, simple. Taste: tad citrus, slightly herbal with woody notes. Some caramel sweetness.. Other notes Lighter ale but well constructed. Without major flaws. Straight as it goes. Friday, July 5, 2013
DYCSoccer17	3.3 Legends Bistro Plattsburgh Pilsner 4 ounce sample on tap at the brewpub Lightly metallic aroma with some biscuity Pilsner malts. Light DMS, and very little hop aroma. Transparent yellow body with a medium white head present. Starts with a pretty grassy and herbal hop bitterness. Becomes a little biscuity in the middle with Pils maltiness. Finishes pretty bitter, and a little over-hopped actually. Still, a decent beer, although a little hoppy for the Pils. Saturday, June 1, 2013
DYCSoccer17	3.3 Legends Bistro High Peaks Porter 4 ounce sample on tap at the brewpub. The aroma has some anise present as well as a little roastiness. Not much else going on here. Moderately transparent mahogany body with a yellow/tan head that’s small. Fair lacing. Starts pretty chewy and becomes pretty ashy, chalky, and pretty burnt in the middle. Lots of black patent malt in this. There is an underlying sweetness present., but the black malt dominates. Velvety mouthfeel, though. Saturday, June 1, 2013
DYCSoccer17	2.7 Legends Bistro Beaver Tail Ale 4 ounce sample on tap at the brewpub. Faint cocoa aroma with light toastiness initially. No hops. Smells like a brown ale. Transparent brown/cola-colored body with a small, light tan head and ok lacing present. Starts with a really chocolatey maltiness. Pretty sweet and a bit sugary. A little sticky with mild diacetyl and a little huskiness present late. Very sweet, and borderline cloying. Saturday, June 1, 2013
DYCSoccer17	3.5 Legends Bistro Heavenly Hops IPA 4 ounce sample on tap at the brewpub. The aroma has a nice orangey citrus and piney character. Light cattiness, too. Seems like Simcoe/Cascade hops. Nice aroma. Mostly transparent golden body with a small-medium creamy white head and good lacing left behind. Starts with some catty, lightly dank hop flavors. Has a nice velvety body of malts, which stay in the background. Finishes with a moderately bitter citrus and piney hoppiness. Pretty good. Saturday, June 1, 2013
