It’s more dense than the Classic, it’s very sweet, this one as well more sugary than with honey flavor; it has a light fruitiness, and medium-to-low acidity; also, a very light bitterness. Simple. The body is not thick, but the flavor is very sweet, a bit flowery, with light honey, but mostly just sugary; although the acidity is on the low edge, it’s still a tad more than in the Fruchtig & Lieblich.
