jksipa	4 Sawdust City Two Pad Stack IIPA Can from the LCBO. Lightly hazed pale gold with a large rocky off white head that lingers and produces some spotty lace. Nose has citrus, grass, sugar, caramel and some grains. Light caramel and candied fruit sweetness with a medium grapefruit and resin bitterness. robinvboyer	4 Sawdust City Lone Wine Bourbon Barrel Aged Hazy copper, with a large beige head. Aroma is thick bourbon, oak, vanilla, and cocoa powder with some spruce tips and sherry. Silky mouth feel, light carb, full mouth feel, medium to high bitterness. Semi sweet, slightly bozy, huge malts, toffee, and caramel, with big spruce and pine resins. jercraigs	3.5 Sawdust City Two Pad Stack IIPA 2023-12-28. Crisp yellow body small off-white head. Aroma is relatively mild, light alcohol, muted fruit and grassy touches. Flavour is lightly alcoholic and bitter, hoppy, there is a quality that is familiar but I can’t place - almost hop oils but not resinous? Average bodied palate, moderate carbonation. Spab	3.6 Sawdust City Horchata White Stout 473 ml can from the LCBO. Pours a clouded golden yellow colour with modest-sized white head that leaves some lacing. Aroma is milky chocolate, cinnamon and a little coffee. Flavour has loads of sweet milkiness with chocolate, solid cinnamon and mellow coffee. Body is on the lighter side. Nice. Aroma is toasted malts, caramel, maple syrup and light grassy notes. Taste is more mildly toasted malts, caramel and grassy and earthy notes. Metalchopz	3.6 Sawdust City Ah Stout Chocolate Caramel Cupcake Stout Dark brown colour with ruby highlights, a big creamy light mocha-coloured head, very long retention with full web-creamy-foamy lacing. Big sweet nose with chocolate, caramel and a roasted malt base. The taste is not as sweet, with cacao instead of milk chocolate and the caramel heading back. The burnt malts as base give a touch of dark fruit. Hints of vanilla lingers, softening the finish. The mouthfeel is not too thick with enough dryness in the end. The aromas calm down, and the cocoa powder comes out, almost giving a coffee touch. Not a bad, dessert Stout that goes down easier than expected. Wednesday, August 2, 2023
Metalchopz	3.6 Sawdust City White Tulip Lightly unfiltered, light yellow colour with a big frothy, almost creamy head with good retention and beautiful streaky-creamy lacing. Citrus, lemon sour notes in the nose with some mild Belgian yeast, herbal hints. Coriander, citrus zest in the taste with that grassiness blending well.
