Pizd	2.6 Beer Rocks Heroes (Cask): Pale gold in colour, white head. Aroma of sherbert and fruit. Flavour is a watery, tacky sweet fruit notes dominate. Slight pale malt and grass with a lingering artificial sweetner taste. Not great. Saturday, December 7, 2013

DruncanVeasey	3.1 Beer Rocks On Tap Cask handpull, The Crown, Nuneaton, 26/02/13. Amber gold with a dense-lacing white collar lining the glass; a beer in top, top condition. Nuts and apricot aroma. wheresthepath	2.1 Beer Rocks Lords [Cask at Dereham’s Inn, High Wycombe] Cloudy amber-gold with a slight fizz and lumpy sediment. Light grassy lemon flavour with a little butter. Thin with a moderate dry bitterness. Frankly, it’s a bit crap and the lumps are offputting - given that all the other beers in this GBG-listed pub were in good condition, I don’t think the issues were down to handling by the pub, either! Leighton	3.6 Dales Ales Golden Daffodil Cask at CPK. Pours a clear, rich yellow with a foamy, white head. Holds a floral, grassy aroma, wet with some dough. Flavor is lightly sweet with a pronounced dough character, some flowery and herbal bitterness, some grass, very light lemon citrus. Light bodied with quite fine carbonation. Some weedy hops in the finish, faint citrus and dough, some grass. Very drinkable if not outstanding. Monday, May 30, 2011

Leighton	3.8 Dales Ales Old Chestnut Cask at the Cleveland Arms, London. Pours clear amber with a soft, foamy white head. Malt aroma with some faint, earthy hops and light nuts. Very sweet flavor with caramel, light fruits, dark malts and citrus, floral bitterness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes sweet with mild plum, raisin and bready malts, plus some modest hops. Solid. Monday, October 11, 2010

Taste is nutty, earthy, and solid, full of the autumnal promise of compost and leaf mould. Mid bitter finish. MesandSim	3.1 Beer Rocks Toons Indulgence A Mes rate: Cask at the Falcon in Clapham. Dark copper with no head at all. Almost a two if I’m honest. Sweet and fruity on the nose with some very pleasant hints of caramel and vanilla. The flavour is more of the same but let down greatly by an obvious hit of apple.
