Aroma has some chocolate, toasted tones, mild vegetables and some slight peated tones. Flavour is peater, smoked, chocolate and some yeast as well as some sulphury and mouldy tones. oh6gdx	2.6 Brewmeister Neon Blonde Bottle. Hazy golden colour with a mediumsized slightly off-white head. Aroma si yeasty, some biscuity, mild earthy and herbal tones with mild wheat. Flavour is strawberries, some hay, mild earthy tones with some sweet malts and mild toasted tones. A bit vegetably elements in the aftertaste. Monday, November 6, 2023

Aroma is citric acid, mild wooden and some herbal tones with earth and mild wheat. Flavour is citric acid, some floral, mild wheat and some wooden tones. Aroma is sweet malts, some herbs, mild leathery tones with a wee bit of plastic pipe elements. oh6gdx	2.9 Brewmeister Black Hawk Bottled (as Black Cock). Gusher warning! Black colour with a beigeish brown huge head. Aroma is roasted malts, coffee and some mild dried fruits with a bit wooden tartness. Flavour is roasted malts, dried fruits, coffee, chocolate and a bunch of ashes. Somewhat bitter. At first hides the tart edge in the flavour, but as it warms up the tartness shows a bit too. Somekind of infection going on most likely, but not yet to the point of ruining the whole beer. PlutonowyMan	3.7 Brewmeister Black Hawk Kolor ciemno brązowy z lekkimi rubinowymi prześwitami. Piana jasno brązowa, wysoka i trwała. Aromat palony, może nawet nieco wędzony. jest trochę nut kawowych i ziemisto trawiastych. W tle zapach skórki od chleba. Bardzo przyzwoicie. W smaku jest podobnie, czuć słody palone, nuty wędzone, lekko torfowe i ziemiste, Jest odrobina kawy ze swoją delikatną kwaskowością i podpieczona skórka od chleba. Profil smakowy uzupełnia goryczka o charakterze grubo mielonych ziaren kawy. Generalnie jest wytrawnie z nieco kwaskowym finiszem. Piwo wydaje się być bardzo spójne. Wysycenie wysokie, choć nie przeszkadza to nie pasuje do tego piwa. Ciało średnie. Płyn jest szorstki. Posmak torfowy, kawowy. Sunday, January 26, 2020

Robe ambrée sombre translucide surmontée d’une mousse de couleur crème peu persistante; faible carbonatation. Nez agréable avec des arômes d’écorces d’oranges et des notes boisées. Le goût apporte une douceur raisonnable bien contrebalancée par une petite amertume appréciable. La finale de bonne longueur est correcte mais ne nous enthousiasme pas ... Slim and dry-ish roast-malty base with notes of instant coffee and a whiff of dark chocolate; dry and mildly roast bitter finish with some coffee flavours. Très belle robe opaque de couleur ébène surmontée d’une mousse café de persistance moyenne; bonne carbonatation. Nez sur le café légèrement brûlé ce qui pourra déranger certains mais que je trouve bien agréable. Le goût est également plaisant avec des saveurs torréfiées et des notes d’humus, la consistance est légère mais en accord avec le taux d’alcool peu élevé. La finale est de bonne longueur et sur l’amertume. Un Stout bien réussi au profil "terroir". 15,5/20 Saturday, March 18, 2017

Pinball	2.1 Brewmeister Black Hawk hazy brown, smooth offwhite head. super sweet caramelly and malty aroma with weird notes of licorice, but mostly just malty sweet and caramelly sweet. some butter. Flavor is malty, herbal off flavors, taste is really bad, just like a super cheap metallic euro lager, only some more herbal malts in this one. faint citrussy notes from the hard roast. They have managed to take out all that is good in a stout and add water with rusty flavor. beer is sort of refreshing, and if blind tasted with blinders with no knowledge of style it might get a better rating from me. The nose is soft, earthy, spice, wood, marrow, ketchup and some tangy vinegar. The taste is soft, sweet, earthy, toasted grain, honeyed vegetables, damp leaves and wood with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. There is a bit of harshness to this beer that comes through after a while. Overall it’s not too bad for a pumpkin beer by Brewmeister. Wednesday, February 10, 2016
