caribou43	3 Chopfab Lager Best before 10/23, buying this beer in Brig, coop, Gliserallee. Trying this can on wednesday, relax, at home after the judo of my son with a cold weather. Yellow and clear body, carbonated, thin white foam. Nothing special with this beverage, prefering the old boxer. This lager is rather boring, watery, light body, malty, smooth, rather dry, the hop is not enough present for me, ordinary bitterness, could be ok during hot weather. Friday, April 26, 2024

The weather was cold and a bit sad and this neipa was welcomed with an apero before our traditional pizza. The body is yellow, orange, troubled, carbonated, white foam. Judging this beverage yesterday, at home, staying with my child that it was a bit sick. Nice body, powerful yellow, grey and troubled body, carbonated, white foam, carbonated. Interesting and original pale ale, brut like a champagne, a bit sour, note of white grape, mineral, dry malt, some wheat, good bitterness, dry hop, citrus, well balanced, overall good. In my point of view, it is not a bock, it appears to be rather an ipa with a good touch of hop, floral, citrus, bitter, mineral, dry malt well balanced and subtle, classical and refreshing.
