Hazy matt light medium yellow color with a small, virtually no apperance, virtually none lancing, fully diminishing, head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate yeasty, smoke - plastic. Idiosynkrasie	3.5 Strawman Saison 330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average to huge, frothy, more than half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Mild yeasty, fruity, herbal aroma with a vegetable touch, hints of lemon, bamboo, lemongrass, parsley, a peppery spicy touch. Taste is peppery spicy yeasty, some fruity, tart-ish lemon notes, a herbal touch. Really: refreshing, thirst-quenching, lots of taste for 3.9% abv. Good! Thursday, August 14, 2014

Theydon_Bois	2.9 Strawman House Pale Bottle at home, from Hippo Beers, 06/06/14. Hazed golden orange with a well appointed off white covering that retains well. Nose is earthy hops, orange marmalade, spice, Germaline, apricot, off mango, peachy rinse. Taste comprises bitter orange, straw, earthy, bread dough, astringent qualities, tarte citrics. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with earthy grassy bitterness. So so - pretty sure this carries an infection, slightly funky, yeasty and medicinal, drinkable and better than some of the twiggy tosh out there but the hops just dont shine for this style.
