Bitterbill	3.7 Ten Sleep Double Tap Lager On draught at Old Chicago. Pours a clear straw gold with a small layer of foam after things settle down. Not much on the nose. Fairly assertive hop bitterness, hint of toasted malt, no grainy notes at all. Good hoppiness in the taste. Not noble hops like; more like citrus and grass. This is so crisp and clean. A big, nice surprise from Ten Sleep. And it is catching on big time in Casper. Friday, February 5, 2021

Bitterbill	3.6 Ten Sleep Total Blackout Stout On draught at Old Chicago. Pours black, an inch of tan foam, good lacing but really, every beer at Old Chicago that is served on draught is a nitro mix. Lots of coffee and roasted malt in the smell. More like coffee grounds, very bitter. Taste is roasty, lots of coffee, quite bitter but not without a light sweetness. Bitterbill	2.9 Ten Sleep Outlaw Amber On draught at Frontier Brewing and Taproom. Pours a clear amber with a small head of foam, little lacing. Smells a bit grainy, semi sweet malt, low bitterness. Taste hints at caramel malt but I reckon that light grain cuts in so it's not that sweet. Some biscuit in the background, it finishes on the almost bitter side. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. Smells of wheat, light malt sweetness, nice light kiss of the hops. Taste follows the nose. The only thing I can add is that it's very refreshing. Thursday, June 7, 2018

deekyn	3.1 Ten Sleep Outlaw Amber A- pours a crystal clear mahogany brown with light edges. Faint white head that does not last. No lacing. S- molasses, brown sugar, grass, doughy malts, floral, honey and dirt. Would benefit from a little more intensity. M- light to medium creamy body with a light bitter palate. Low carb. T- like the aroma, could benefit from a little more robustness. Some caramel malts up front with grasses, tea and zinc. Mid palate is watery honey and blossoms. Ending is efficient and like sucking on wet metal with some hops, grapefruit and lemon zest. Wednesday, July 23, 2014
deekyn	3.1 Ten Sleep Saddle Bag Porter A- pours a dark brown with cola edges and a light tan head. Great lacing. S- roasted malts are strong with some coffee, earth, twig and chocolate. Some grass and hop lingers. M- light to medium bodied all in all with some creaminess. Mild carb. T- follows aroma's lead. Caramel malts and rich coffee first. Mid palate is dark chocolate, earth, minerals. Ending is on the bitter side with grass, cocoa and some hops. Simple but nice. Wednesday, July 23, 2014

Bitterbill	3.5 Ten Sleep Pale Rider Pale Ale It pours a lovely 24k gold with a 1" head of foam, leaving good lacing behind. The smell is a bit weak; pine and citrus hops with a light biscuit malt aroma, I think. I did say the smell was weak. The taste is bitter. More piney than any citrus hoppiness going on. I wish it were the other way around. The malt adds just a bit of biscuit but the overall flavour is bitter and not in a that a good way. Medium bodied with light carbonation. I’ve had 2 other beers from Ten Sleep. This is the only one I would not drink again. Sunday, January 26, 2014
Bitterbill	3.6 Ten Sleep Saddle Bag Porter A very dark brown colour, it forms a 1" head of tan foam with great lacing. Roasted malt in the nose along with hints of cocoa, some caramel malt sweetness, and a bit of dark chocolate bitterness. The taste is of roasted malt, cocoa, dark chocolate. Overall, more on the bitter side than the sweet side but not by much. Fairly light bodied with a medium level of carbonation. Another very nice brew from Ten Sleep. Sunday, January 19, 2014
Bitterbill	4 Ten Sleep Speed Goat Golden Ale I bought a Howler of it at Liquor Shed in Casper. A bright golden coloured brew that has about an inch of foam sitting atop. Some lacing ensues. Light aroma of hops with an also light aroma of malt. Lightly bitter overall. The taste is very nice and smooth. Nice hop profile that adds just a bit of pleasant bitterness to a slightly sweet brew that has just a hint or 2 of grain. This is really good and would make for an excellent every day quaff. On the low side of medium bodied, the same for the carbonation. Very very drinkable! A fine brew for my first try from Ten Sleep! Wednesday, January 8, 2014
