SunDevil21	4.1 Dillon Dam Chili Beer Had this on tap at the Dam Brewery and Restaurant, the source. They apparently had made some changes to the recipe, though I don’t recall if I had tried it on any previous visits. But this was good. Great chili pepper aroma (which I can’t get enough of), served with a perperoncini in the glass, which made the appearance all the nicer. It had a lot of flavor without being over the top and the spiciness was distinct but also didn’t linger longer, which can happen sometimes. I like them either way, but this one not having that was a good thing. I would definitely order again. Saturday, April 20, 2019

GTAEgeek	3.2 Dillon Dam Paradise Pilsner Pint on tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear, straw color, with a small, foamy, white head. The aroma is hay, lemon zest, rosemary, cream, and pine. Sweet and sugary, without much bitterness. Light body, with a silky smooth palate. This is a light and quite drinkable pils, although not very crisp and lacking bitterness. Monday, March 18, 2019

Strong aromas of juniper and rosemary, with some orange peel, and sea salt. Medium body, with a lightly acidic, smooth, and prickly mouthfeel. This is a bizarre, but delicious, beer.
