DijkBier	3.3 Uberach Bière de Noël Bottle 50cl from northern France. Hazy, even cloudy amber pour, with off-white head; reasonable retention. Quite little aroma; mainly soft malty. Taste is far better, sweet malty,, fruity and with a soft yeasty sense. OK carbo and quite a firm bite for 5.5%. Not a bad brew, but not very rich of senses/aroma. Saturday, December 30, 2023

Murky dark brown colour with a small foamy tan head and some floaters, nose is malty, roasty and boozy with notes of fruits in rum, chocolate, caramel and raisins and slightly metallic hints, taste is sweet, bready and roasty with a tart, dry and a bit boozy finish, a medium to full body and a quite high carbonation. Het bier heeft hinten van citrus, blanke mouten, ietwat donkere mouten, mandarijn, grapefruit, perzik, ananas en witte peper. Eindigt kruidig en bloemig met een mooie bitterheid. FlightLees22	2 Uberach Doigt de Dieu Donker kleurend bier met weinig schuim. Het bier smaakt vanaf de eerste slok moutig zoet met veel hinten van karamel en donkere suiker. mike_77	3.6 Uberach Super Papa Lots of yeasty residue in the neck and cap as if it was stored on its side (not by me). Dark brown and murky with quick fading head. Quite a mature, woody, earthy aroma. Malt heavy. Fairly sweet like a strong, malty Old Ale but with Belgian undertones of caramelised banana. Full bodied, creamy mouthfeel. The aroma is malts, caramel, dried fruits, roasted malts, chocolate and spices. The taste is medium bodied with sweet caramel and dried fruits. Photogeny	1.5 Uberach Super Papa Bière brune très peu effervescente et mousse persistante Pas de senteurs particulières Première gorgée fraîche portée sur un zeste de chocolat amer, de fruits rouges, quelques arômes grillés, peu d'amertume et un peu de rondeur en finale Au final très peu de caractère pour cette bière, une bière de base qui ne correspond pas aux standards de la Porter et qui fait penser à une brune très basique.
