JorisPPattyn	3.2 Haldemann Altbier Draught Lacy small head over red-chestnut beer. Fruity, yeast(esters), sweet, caramel. Coffee, caramel without the sweetness, just lightly roasted. Light body, smooth feel, nearly a fatty feel. Nose makes it seem too sweet, the rest is better, though lightyears from the Düsseldorfer classics. Sunday, August 16, 2015

JorgeLee	1.2 Haldemann Bock du Vully On tap in Erzbierschof Zurich. Golden colour, thick white head. Some debate with the barman about whether this was in good nick or not...he was fairly relaxed but I got sour vinegary notes and some dubious esters...hopefully it was just past its best as I can’t believe it was meant to be like that. King_Alex_II	3.1 Haldemann Weizen/Blanche - Nelson Sauvin Pale yellow clear color with nice white foam layer. The smell is fresh and a tiny bit grapey. The taste is finely carbonated and refreshing. rand	3.2 Haldemann Bière du Vully Amber / Ambrèe Bouteille 33 cl de Gourmiland (CH). Bière plutôt dorée soutenue, courte mousse laissant quelques dentelles au verre. Nez malté, fruité, céréales-paille, caramel. La bouche, c’est pareil, maltée, consistante, avec de la levure, des notes de petits fruits, du citron et une amertume fine et aromatique..
