Moravius	1.8 Zum Löwen Mühlhäuser Pils Vom Faß (als „Brauhaus Pilsener“) im Brauhaus Zum Löwen, Mühlhausen. - Goldgelb, fast klar. - Antrunk plump malzsüßlich mit Noten von Waldhonig. Dahinter etwas krautiger, dumpfer Hopfen. Nur schwach rezent. Im Abgang kommt zur unangenehm dicklichen Süße etwas dumpf-unaromatische Bittere. Platt bitterer Nachtrunk ohne Hopfenaromen, aber mit unreifen Noten. - Als Pilsener schlicht mißlungen. Lohnt nicht das Trinken. Moravius	2.8 Zum Löwen Apotheker Dunkel Vom Faß im Brauhaus Zum Löwen am Kornmarkt, Mühlhausen. - Tiefes Goldrotbraun; rasch zerfallender beigefarbener Schaum. - In der Nase Karamel, Nuß und pikante Säure. - Antrunk schön dunkelmalzig-nussig mit Karamelsüße und kräftigen Röstaromen. Anklänge von Mokka und Bitterorange. Gut rezent; schlank, etwas dünn im Mund. Im Abgang leicht fruchtige, etwas schroffe Hopfenbittere. Unharmonisch herber Nachtrunk mit schroffen, grünen Noten. - Für ein Gasthausbrauereien-Dunkles gar nicht schlecht, aber die unreifen Noten im Nachtrunk machen eine Abwertung unvermeidlich. Maria	3.2 Zum Löwen Mühlhauser Rauchbier From tap at the brewpub. It’s beautiful red-brown with a creamy, lasting head. The aroma is very mild with light notes of caramel and smoke. The flavour is sweet with mild Bamberg smoke notes, caramel, syrup and light licorice in the dry finish. IMO more of a dunkel with a touch of smoke than a real smoked. Ungstrup	3 Zum Löwen Apotheker Dunkel Draft. A hazy brown beer with a slight orange shine under a lazing brown head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of caramel, but also light notes of butter and oranges.
