I’ve drunk beer, I’ve brewed beer, I’ve drunk more beer. Beer is a class of food, and as such should be prepared with honest ingredients, good practice and clear intentions. Even if it’s not a style I favor, I’ll enjoy a good, clean brew made by people who care about beer.
