I have just recently started getting into the craft brew scene. Looking forward to starting to brew some craft beer.
I like cream ales and wheat/honey/fruit, Scottish Ales ( my fave ), and Milk/Sweet Stouts, very tastey. Scottish Gruit and Scotch Ale/Wee Heavy are great as well. I like Porters and any kind of Stouts in general. Baltic Porters are good. Dopplebocks and Eisbocks are dangerously smooth/sweet, and a favorite. I like sweeter tasting brews with low to No hops, not a real bitter/high hoppy flavor beer fan. I am a malt-head by birth...hops are my nemisis.
