my first true love of beer came when i went to the Anheuser Busch plant on my 21st bday in St. Louis Missouri and tried Amber Bock. But as time went on i grew to appreciate the delicacy and deliciousness of micro craft brews. My love for beer is never-ending . I like stouts mostly, high alcohol content, roasty, hoppy, multi flavor, well rounded seasonal beers. I cant stand to drink a light, ultra light, ricey, wheat beer. I wonder why people drink that stuff. I wish i had the nerve to walk up to them like a pastor or overzealous Christian and speak to them about all the wonderful, more flavorful brews on the menu or in the stores that come from brewers who actually care about what the beer tastes like, they like feedback from customers, interact with fans of their brews and actually make a well rounded selection of brews that a huge corporate beer brewer just cant understand.
