Seasonal drinking is where its at! Also I run weekly tastings at the Ithaca Coffee Company’s Tavern on Green. Usually I have reps from different breweries come in and their beers, sometimes they treat us with exotic rare brews. When I don’t have reps come in I do pairing nights, with different cheeses. I am constantly expanding my knowledge and together with my love of the culinary arts I am very good at what I do. Breweries I’ve had here are Stone, Dogfish Head, Long Trail, Magic Hat, Victory, Troegs, Stoudts, Spaten, Saranac, Dundee, Schmaltz, Sly Fox, Harpoon, Sam Adams, Ommegang, Sierra Nevada, Brooklyn, Horseheads, Roosterfish, Smuttynose, and Great Lakes.
