courtesy of Philipp Sigg - cloudy reddish-brown colour with a persistent beige foam; nice lacing on the side of the glass; aroma of prunes and dust/yeast; moderate carbonation and with a fair sourness, medium-bodied, creamy mouthfeel and with a light bitterness; bitter aftertaste of malts and red fruits; quite dry - I’m not quite sure if this is supposed to taste exactly like that, but the result is good
