UPDATED: JUL 10, 2023 Pours black w/ a thin mocha head & little lacing. The aroma light coffee roast. The flavor also contains tasty coffee notes. The body is a tad thin but hides its 6.7% well. Really solid stout overall.

UPDATED: JUL 7, 2023 Pours coffee brown with a nice tan head. Aroma gives roast malt, coffee, molasses and an earthy hint. Flavor adds quality coffee, roast malt, molasses, earthy character. Texture offers n8ce body and lively fizz. Rise up for craft beer.

UPDATED: JAN 13, 2023 Pours black with a light tan head. Aroma is coffee, lactose and molasses. Taste is brown sugar and lactose, moving to dark roast coffee. Finish is cafe au lair.

UPDATED: JUL 22, 2020 Brown-black pour with a medium tan head that diminishes steadily to a film. Patches of lace. Roast coffee, malt and chocolate in the nose. Medium body with flavors of espresso, bittersweet chocolate and roast malt. The finish is roasty with a coffee and malt aftertaste. Above average overall.

On tap at Thirsty Dice. A roasty stout, full of depth - coffee most prominent. Balanced, not too hoppy or sweet.

UPDATED: JUL 22, 2018 Nitro pour at Dog Haus in Bethesda. Black with a lasting tan head. Rich aroma of cold brew coffee, chocolate, earth. Flavor is sweet and bitter, loads of coffee, earthy and chocolatey. Full and thick nitro feel. Good!

Nitro on tap @ Dog Haus in Bethesda, MD. Nitros gives a smoother flatter feel, so curious how this would be out of the can/bottle or in regular form. Has a rich chocolate texture...decent amount of hops to balance the sweetness. Other flavors of coffee and lactose. Dark black appearance with a frothy cream colored head. I have liked all of Evolution's brews that I tried so far.

Good potential, but a little burnt coffee and not super smooth. MARCH MADNESS 2018!

Black with a deep beige head. Roasted malt notes, cocoa, coffee, brown sugar, a bit of berry fruit. Medium bodied. Medium dry finish with a nice bite with lingering roast. Nice brew.
