Pindoc (121) - SWITZERLAND - SEP 7, 2014Ein weisser grossbläsriger Schau thront auf dem trüben hellgoldgelben Bier. Ein feiner aromatischer Duft steigt in die Nase. Der erste Schluck umspielt den Gaumen mit einem Feuerwerk von Aromen bis es prickelnd bitter die Kehle hinunter fliesst. Der Abgang und Nachhall sind leicht bitter. Ein bemerkenswertes Bier!

Auf der Zunge ähnlich, mit süsslichen Caramelreflexen. Alles harmonisch eingebunden. Passende Rezens. Guter Körper. Im Nachtrunk deutliche Bittere. Gefällt!

Slightly bitter flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly grainy and yeasty pale malty taste with distinctive notes of citrus and lime; mildly bitter hoppy and yeasty finish.
