Bov (14982) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - JAN 14, 2011courtesy of Philipp and Thomas - clear ruby-brown colour with a poor head retention; discrete notes of toffee and chewy malts, a bit toasted; quite highly carbonated, slightly sticky and sweet, medium-bodied; quite dry and fizzy toasty aftertaste of caramel and butter - not terrible
beerlady (564) - lucerne, SWITZERLAND - NOV 15, 2010dark amber beer with anoffwhite head, that lets some lacings on the glass. smells of cookies and caramel, with a hint of herbs. then, when drinking,it grows even a bit more herbal. aftertaste is bittersweetness, with more wight on bitterness than sweetness, and there are some cookies too. my prefered beer of the 3 beers from this brewery( end november 2010 or in the beginning of december, their dark bock(saisonal) will be released, i want to try it!)
