Ins Glas ergießt sich ein dunkel rötlichbraunes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. geruch leicht röstmalzig, erdig, leicht schokoladig. Geschmack leicht röstmalzig, Karamell.

dark amber beer with anoffwhite head, that lets some lacings on the glass. smells of cookies and caramel, with a hint of herbs. then,when drinking,it grows even a bit more herbal. aftertaste is bittersweetness, with more wight on bitterness than sweetness, and there are some cookies too. my prefered beer of the 3 beers from this brewery( end november 2010 or in the beginning of december, their dark bock(saisonal) will be released, i want to try it!)
