UPDATED: OCT 21, 2021 This bottle is coming from the coop, at Thusis, opening and enjoying this bottle yesterday with my wife, at our located chalet, at Scharans. A decent unfiltered lager, classical with a clear and troubled brown body, regular carbonation, white foam. This one is smooth at the palate, malty, some hop for lager, a bit watery, the aromas are more discreet than the yellow quollfrisch or the braufisch, acceptable.

UPDATED: MAR 29, 2021 Appearance: Yellow golden, clear. Some fizzy, off-white head. Aroma: Light fruits, grains. Floral, honey sweetness. Taste: Sweet malt, light hops, grains. Light and sweet. Bought: Brewery, 330 ml, CHF 2.75 Info: 27/3-2021, BB: 26/7-2021

UPDATED: AUG 15, 2020 Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Watery palate.

UPDATED: NOV 14, 2018 Clear golden body with a large, creamy, white head. Quite strong aroma of grains, citrus, and hints of caramel. Moderate flavour of grains, cereals, corn flakes, citrus, and a touch of caramel. Moderate to light sweet taste with a light bitter finish. Quite light body, moderate carbonation. Fair enough. UPDATED: JAN 17, 2018 Naturtrüb, hellgelbe Farbe. Leicht fruchtige Note, leichter süßer Malzgeschmack,, der nicht aufdringlich wirkt, eine feine Hopfennote ( grasig), die ebenso feine Bittere runden den vollen Körper hervorragend ab. Wirklich tolles Zwickelbier.

(Monsteiner Huusbier) Bottle 330 ml from microbieren. New country! Served into a shaker, ABV 4.8% Deep orange coloured body, clear, with lazy activity in the glass. Small and thick snow-white head on top, with average retention. Aroma has malts, grass, straw, light earthy notes, sugars. Sweet tastewith old grass, straw, malts, sugars. Medium body, good carbonation. Quite okay.

Clody pale yellow color. Hardly no aroma. Flat, thin body. Not much taste. Low bitterness. Boring. Nice bottle though.

330ml Flasche. Klar und dunkelgolden. Kleine Schaumkrone. Würzig und malzig im Antrunk. Mittlerer Körper. Süsser Abgang.
