Jest spora lekko waniliowej barwy trwala piana, rubinowy czerwono-krwisty kolor, podczas kolejnego nalewania do szklanki 250ml juz bylo zmetnione brazowo-purpurowy kolor. W smaku sporo palonych slodow, jest wyraziste, chlebowe, taka rumiana skorka swiezego pieczywa, troche tostow, gofry z dzemem, sliwki, wisnie, daktyle i czerwone winogrona. nuta karmelu. Ogolnie swietnie zbalansowane miedzy slodowoscia i chmielnoscia, w obu przypadkach jest pod dostatkiem. Alko ukryte, pod koniec robi sie przyjemnie chmielnie, wyrazna goryczka jak na Altbier. UPDATED: FEB 19, 2020 Vom Flaache. Pours unclear brown with red hue. A little head. Aroma is bready, roasted malts, maybe some cherry. Taste is nice malt forward, light sweet bread, chocolate malts, dry stone fruit, medium bodied. Not bitter but almost a hint of sour in the finish. I haven't had many beers from this style but it's like a big ol malt beer less toasty and hoppy than a dopplebock, but similar in that it's the logical Pokemon evolution from an alt Bier. Enjoyed it.

UPDATED: NOV 17, 2019 1 Pint Flasche. Dunkelbraunes Bier mit beigem Schaum. Kirsche, Malz und dunkle Schokolade in der Nase. Schmeckt erstmal holzig. Vanille, Röstmalz. Kräftige Rosine. Bittere Schoko Aromen im Abgang mit einem Hauch Espresso. Gute Doppelsticke. Schön dass sich mal jemand an dieser Spezialität versucht 👍🏼

UPDATED: MAY 9, 2019 Unclear, amber colored, medium off white frothy head. Malty, caramel, dried fruit, bready, some grassy and herbal hops, medium bitterness, bit earthy. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, oily.

From the bottle. Chestnut brown with a creamy, light beige head that slowly fades. Aroma of red apple, toffee, toast. Taste is mildly bitter with notes of ashes and apple cider. Body is medium, clingy, carbonation is mild. Finishes dry, bitter, and herbal. Good.

Bottle, 0.50l. Aroma of caramel, toasted malt, dried fruit and maple syrup. Pours hazy dark brown color with medium soapy light brown head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts with medium sweet caramel and dried fruit, following is grassy and lightly roasted, mouthfeel is smooth and warm, while finish is medium bitter. Full body, thick texture and average carbonation in palate. I can’t detect any smoked notes, but doesn’t bother me at all, it’s a big beer anyway...
