tennisjoel (2240) - Rochester, Minnesota, USA - NOV 1, 2019
UPDATED: NOV 1, 2019 Bomber rating. Belgian Yeti has a deep brown with a khaki colored head. Bourbon dominated nose with oak, vanilla, molasses, caramel, hazelnut. Muted carbonation. Belgian aspect is a bit underdone. Fairly solid imperial stout, but would be more interesting if the belgian aspect was a little more pronounced.

22oz bottle at share. One of the weakest of the night, IMHO. Not bad, but it was up against some strong competition. Funky Belgian notes throughout that don't quite jive with the base. Interesting, but after the Cuvee Delphine, there was no comparison.

22oz bottle pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is funky wood and burnt toast. Taste is more of the nice sweet malts belg yeast and a big roast malt.

Vintage 2009. Bue en 2017. Nez très chocolat et fruits noirs (prune, cassis, figue). Ces derniers s’expriment de plus en plus à mesure que la bière respire. Bouche : attaque assez ronde, puis chocolat noir, assez léger. Bien équilibrée. Belle longueur chocolatée et fruitée. Avis aux amateurs.

skortila (6536) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - APR 2, 2017
Bottled. The aroma has roast, some red fruity tones, chocolate and coffee. Black coloured beer with a medium sized, beige head. The taste is moderate bitter with light red fruity sweetness, chocolate, coffee and roast. Full bodied beer. Average carbonation. Nice.
