UPDATED: SEP 15, 2019 I have found this bottle, at halle aux boissons, at Bulle, during this summer. Drinking and judging it at home, in Epalinges, two days ago. The body is yellow and gold, clear, average carbonation, thin and white foam. On the Belgian way, not so far than a Duvel, malty, fruity, side of mango at the end, little touch of vanilla, hop, little side of sourness, interesting and rather good.

Bière blanche opaque, ambrée à faible amertume et petit goût de vanille, elle a parfaitement sa place sur une table à côté d’un poisson ou d’une choucroute. Une belle réussite!

330 ml bottle. From CH-303. Merci beaucoup Asbjørn!
Hazy golden colour with a small frothy white head. Yeast, dry grainy malt, cardboard and dry yeasty bitterness in the aroma. The flavour is fruitiness, yeast, wheat, malt and cardboard dryness. Super fizzy. Too fizzy. There’s a party in my mouth but unfortunately I’m banned.

Swiss wezen. Wheat, grains, fruits, no characteristics to set it apart from the pack, but nothing fundamentaly wrong either. Just, quite dull really.

weark (1190) - Morges, SWITZERLAND - MAR 26, 2014
Bottle from Au Grain D’Orge - Cloudy golden color with decent white head - aroma is malty (wheat), bread, yeasty - same for the flavor- Medium body, medium carbonation, creamy - decent weizen

fiulijn (28318) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 10, 2012
Bottle from Au Grain d’Orge, Crissier; 4.5% ABV, bb 2012-12
Cloudy golden color; compact head. The aroma has a positive spice character and a negative yeast character. Correct body strength, spicy wheat flavor, dirty, with too much baker’s yeast, creating some astringency in the herbal final. Mediocre.

Bov (14982) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - APR 28, 2012
from Au Grain d’Orge, Courrendlin - cloudy blond-orange beer with a little foam left; corny with light notes of ripe bananas and hints of cloves; a bit dusty; smooth and medium-bodied, chewy palate and with a light corny tartness; velvety wheaty and banana finish - simple yet efficient

3.1
rand (3460) - SWITZERLAND - FEB 18, 2012
