UPDATED: MAY 13, 2023 200ml shared with Ryan and Phill. A slow pour. Appearance: slightly hazy copper with a white head. Aroma: candy sugar, some funk. Taste: funky, minerally, a tad sweet. Overall: quite pleasant.

UPDATED: JUL 23, 2020 Pours orange-brown without any head. Aroma's: sourish, musty, sweetish. Flavor is moderate sweet'n'sour. Light bodied. Short finish with some malt and a hint of bitterness.

Aroma is notes of oak, nuts, honey and heather, as well as hay, berries, funky notes and farmhouse. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is fruity notes of forest berries, musty fruits, earthy notes and minerals, as well as heather, kandi and wooden barrels.

UPDATED: OCT 27, 2019 Drucken på 3 Fonteinen lambik-O-droom. Guldfärgad med vitt fluffigt skum som ligger kvar. Mjuk och len kropp, ingen kolsyra. Lätt funk, farinsocker, snäll sockersötma, äpple. Oerhört lättdrucket.

UPDATED: SEP 4, 2019 On tap at lambik o droom. Pours a cloudy copper gold with large off white head. The aroma is strong funk, earth, oak. Slick body, funky, earth, dark fruit, sweet, light tartness, very good.
