Bottle from World Beer Market (Sake no Taniguchi). Thin yeasty and estery nose, with some banana, light citrus, and a tiny coriander note. Hazy pale yellow color, with a very fine-bead white head. Light wheatiness, some grass, and a little touch of citrus. Thin body. Not much pizzazz here. Overall, quite tame but drinkable.

Bottled, as Roman Mater, courtesy of and shared with heavy. Murky golden body, small white head. Aroma... Coriander, apple, doughy, phenolic touches. Perfumey. Prickly, huge coriande, bit citric, dry, slightly tart, slightly lactic. Tasty light wit.
