Bottle 50 cl from 3 Sinne - Steffisburg (CH). Black beer with nice tan head, laces on the glass. Aromas of coffee, roasted, licorice, aromatic hops. The taste is robust of coffee, mocha, bitter choc with hints of acidity. Not depending only on an aggressive hop, we taste the resin, citrus-lemon zest, earthy and woody notes but coated by licorice, dry fruits, zwieback. Nice balance, creamy texture, lingering bitterness of roasted and hop.
