On tap. Old note. The aroma has bit coffee, chocolate. Black coloured beer with a thin, off-white/beige head. The taste is moderate bitter with coffee roast, pepper, cookie, bit chocolate. Full and thick/sticky mouthfeel. Nice.

Pours coffee sable, not much head. Aroma delivers strong molasses, roast malt and licorice tones with a hint of mocha. Sharp flavor features coffee, roast malt, chocolate, molasses, and subtle licorice and peppery notes. Mouthfeel presents decent body and OK fizz. So, how do weasels have a rodeo?

Bottle. Pours opaque black, medium creamy brown head, good lacing. Aroma is coffee, mocha, licorice. Flavor is light plus sweet, medium bitter, coffee and cocoa, hints of charred wood, anise. Lingering bitterness, as well as a touch of chili heat that comes on late and lingered to the far finish. Full body, creamy mouthfeel. Pretty solid effort.

Wow! Damn near a 50 point beer. Aroma of roasted malts, sweet chocolate, dark dried fruits, cherries, light spice and coffee. Taste is a nice mix of roasted coffee, sweet chocolate, vegetal peppers, light sourness/spiciness and a good well balanced bitterness into the finish... Absolutely one of the best beers I’ve had 5o date as the slick mouthfeel on this beer makes it unreal!
