UPDATED: DEC 28, 2019 Sampled from the tap at Biercab. Pours a hazy rusty amber with an off white head that starts and remains at the edges. Aroma has sour red fruits and light acid with some dry red wine underlying. Flavor has sour red fruits that are slightly juicy with oak, light acid and dry red wine backing.

UPDATED: OCT 24, 2019 La robe est rose claire, quasi pas de mousse. Le nez est délicat sur le fruit, les fleurs et une note vanillée. La bouche est tout aussi fine, élégante et délicate que le nez, la bulle discrète et la finale fruitée. Une bière tout en finesse et en délicatesse.

UPDATED: AUG 25, 2019 BXLBeerFest2019 Kolor pomarańczowo bursztynowy, silnie zamglony. Piana ..., tej brak. Aromat słodko kwaśny, wytrawny, winny. Połączenie wytrawnego wina z owocową (morelową) konfiturą. Smak: jest fajny, owocowo winny kwas, delikatna szorstka cierpkość i nuty kojarzące się (pozytywnie oczywiście) z apteką i lekarstwami. Wysycenie średnie. Pełnia niska. Płyn ma fakturę szorstką.

UPDATED: JUN 25, 2019 On tap at Lambiczoon. Pours amber colour. No head. Slightly spicy and grapy aroma. Notes of pepper. Quite complex smell. Grapy, slightly spicy taste. Slight notes of black pepper and some herb. Hints of chilli in the end. Quite complex and grapy brew. I like it.

Bottle at Au Trappiste. Pours clear amber. Aroma is grapes, dust, funk, damp cellar. Body is medium, super bitter, funky, very sour and quite tart. Low carbonation. Some fruit, but lower than expected. Quite oaky. A bit unbalanced. Good.

On tap at the brewery. Aroma has fermented grapes, wood barrel and damp basement notes. Taste is sour but not very acidic, quite funky and woody with lingering fruit pit bitterness. Medium body with medium to low carbonation. Overall it's a really rustic feeling sour ale.

Color rojizo corona de espuma blanca, aromas a uva con notas acidas y madera, sabor uva algo de cereal final acido, todo bien integrado rica.

UPDATED: FEB 4, 2018 Botella 75 cl en el Lúpulo Oviedo 18..11..2017. Lote 01..16. Fcpref 01..22. Sabores maltosos secos con buenos toques ácidos. Ligero amargo bien combinado con los ácidos. Toques de maderas secas. Ligeros avinados algo dulces. Cuerpo medio seco con buena sensación alcohólica. Bastante buena.
