COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
keg/nitro/bottle
A 10% decadent and indulgent Imperial Russian Stout. Brewed with a copious amount of dark malts, infused with coffee beans during the boil and after fermentation and aged on cacao nibs, vanilla pods and toasted oak chips. This opulent whirl of chocolate, coffee, dark malts and hops even rivals the most colourful of imperial Faberge eggs. Originally created to celebrate the Russian Royal Family, this is a fitting tribute with which to toast your own empire.

UPDATED: JAN 30, 2024 A kakaobab nagyot ment rajt.

UPDATED: DEC 25, 2023 An absolute banger of an imperial stout. Aromas of cocoa, vanilla, chicory and coffee. A super smooth velvety taste with a toasty finish that feels like a five percenter. Brilliant.

UPDATED: FEB 24, 2023 I have bought this bottle from Amstein or Heinrich 3000, in 2018. A right time to open this product, yesterday, at Epalinges, during the meal time, taking the time to enjoy it step by step. The color is black, brown foam, smooth carbonation. This imperial stout is smooth and powerful, alcool well hidden, dominant note of cocoa, chocolate, roasted malt, some coffee, vanilla, well balanced and subtle, discret bitterness, , I still have a bottle in the cellar, waiting for the next time with pleasure.

UPDATED: SEP 28, 2022 Bottle from somewhere, bought many many years ago, and a bit OOD. Intense aroma that is hard to pin point exactly. The appearnce is THICKKK and with the espresso foam. Taste is rum and raisin vibes. Some light red fruit but then overpowered by this grippy woody ending. Bit OTT for me.

Terrible !!!!
