UPDATED: APR 10, 2020 Bottled, 330ml from B&M Bargains, Banbury, Oxon. Gold with white head. The woody, oaky, slightly smoked flavours come through mostly. Toasty bready notes, some citrus, some hay like notes. Quite light on the palate for the ABV. It's okay.

UPDATED: JUL 12, 2019 Aus der Flasche im 2014-04 getrunken. Dieses Ale ist mir wieder zu hopfenbetont, auch wenn eine typischen Innes & Gunn Fassnote auch hier wieder im Hintergrund erkennbar ist. Doch das reicht mir nicht. Handwerklich aber sicher gut gemacht.

UPDATED: APR 11, 2019 Grew on me with each sample. Very smooth and crisp. Not like the typical American IPA. Has that UK feel and flavor, with a clear lighter brown/near mohogany appearance. Not much citrus in there, but more oak and bready notes. Sort of sweet for an IPA.
