COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Lets us introduce Win Bic. Win Bic is a new friend in the X-mas family from Mikkeller.
Its a blended Spontan Ale and Saison, It is 6,0% abv, It is awesome and it comes in a magnum bottle. Welcome Win Bic.
The Tasting panel Said:
Cloudy light orange with a fine foamy thick white head
Aroma – A mild spicy impression with acidic green apples, cloves and a sweetness as from dried apricots. We also find some bitterness as from lemon peel and a lactic touch. You clearly sense the saison notes as white pepper and mild various spices.
The taste blasts out the saison expressions in the beginning and we think of oxidated apples as you find in certain ciders – after that you get the lactic and sour impression that appears very refreshing and drinkable. A freshness topped with dry impressions of the barrels. You feel like another sip.
The mouth feel is not as carbonated and fizzy as in most of Mikkellers spontan beers. The finish is very dry with a touchy bitterness that again reminds of citric peel. For some this citric bitterness could get too much.

UPDATED: FEB 3, 2023 Bottled. Golden colour with a small creamy longlasting white head. Aroma is nicely sweetish tart (in general). Flavour is kind of green apples, some tartness, mild sour wooden notes as well as some slight sweetness. Nice sweetish sour aftertaste which makes you want to have another sip.

UPDATED: SEP 23, 2021 Backlog June 2017. Unclear golden body under a big, creamy off-white head. Funky aroma with citric fruit, grapes and Brett. Taste is sour, wild and funky with some fruits and grapes, but all together rather smooth and likable. Tasty and pleasant.

EvNa (4758) - Ede, NETHERLANDS - JUN 27, 2020
UPDATED: JUN 27, 2020 Bottle, 75 cl. Brewed by De Proef Brouwerij, Lochristi (B) according to the label. No best before date, unknown age. Color: Slightly hazy orange amber, off-white head. Aroma: Mix of Saison and Sour Ale: Malty, yeast, spicy and tart notes. Taste: Wheat malt, subtle spicy, cloves notes, fruity tart notes of white grape and stone fruit, apricots. Some wood, subtle funky notes. Moderate to over moderate sweet and light to moderate tart and bitter. Bittery, orange / lemon peel like finish. Some butter-like aroma and buttery hints, don't know wether they are meant to be like that. Very easy drinkable but lacking some complexity in my opinion. I was hoping for some more 'bic'. Ok.

UPDATED: MAY 10, 2020 750ml bottle, not a magnum, just only half :( Coz za mega wyrazny i szorstki smak, kwasne, szczypiace goryczkowe, bardzo owocowe zarazem, morele swieze i suszone, nieco pigwy, metne bardzo, piana spora srednio trwala, doskonale wytrawne, kwasno ze hej. Doskonale do tratycyjnego schabowego z mloda kapusta.

UPDATED: NOV 14, 2018 Fra fad. Tåget orange med hvidt skum. Funky og krydret aroma, saisonpræget. Smager let syrligt og sød i begyndelsen, men ender tørt. Let karboneringen, let i smagen. Ok.
