Bottle 33 cl from z’Bierhuus - Belp (CH). Dark coppery beer with a nice ochre head. Nose of caramel, oak, straw, fruity. The mouth is soft and woody, with linear aromas of cereals, biscuit, berries, an earthy hop, notes of peat and hay. Finale dry and astringent. The format of the bottle with caution (expensive) is not interesting. Not a Mild Ale.
