courtesy of Alain Cathélaz - pours a cloudy dark blond-orange beer with a long lasting pale beige foam; lime and mint are well present and show a nice collaboration; they are surrounded by notes of white alcohol I would have said being vodka instead of rum; plain palate, a bit creamy and with some sweetness, light residual sweetness in a finish where mint dominates citrus and where I’m finally convinced to find notes of white rum - Alain succeeds again to offer something coherent and good while in using difficult ingredients
