COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle, 33cL. 5%. Gift from Tonton Si-LIP. Home. A golden clear beer with a big white foamy head ; good retention ; ok lacing. Alcohol, herbal note, light dusty. Light sweet warming, dry acid note. Medium body, thin texture, average good carbonation, dry sweet warming finish. Overall, meh.

Légèrement ambrée, un peu trouble avec légère mousse. Nez malté légèrement fruité. Gout pareil a peine note d’épices. Corps leger. Passable et classique

Countbeer (6586) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - SEP 13, 2015
Bottle: Tumbler: Clear yellow body. Medium sized white head. Aroma of herbal hops, yeast, light fruity, lighter grassy/herbal and some hint of iron/minerals. Flavour is light fruity with some fruity yeast, herbs and malts. Bitter, herbs and some grassy tones. Aftertaste is bitter, herbal, hoppy tints and some yeast. Low carbo, light creamy mouthfeel, low to medium bodied. Light beer in almost everything but with a nice bitterness it is a good drinker!

GoufCustom (3017) - HONG KONG - JAN 11, 2015

330 ml bottle as part of the brewery’s limited edition assorted 8-pack bought at Tecstar’s booth at HKCEC in Wan Chai during The 12th Hong Kong Food Festival.

Clear pissy golgen amber colour; Razor thin head and residual sopay white foam which fades in 10 seconds; Minimal sticky lacing and slight carbonation; Sweet aroma of malt, with caramel, light toffee, canned pineapples, light dark fruits, sugar, faint mustiness, white bread, yeast, light lemon and grass; Close to medium sweet taste of light malt, with dark fruits, light caramel, sugar syrup, soggy bread, moderate yeast, light lime and moderate bitter grassy hops; Light body, thin palate; Mouth feel thinned malt in watery body and texture. Still, good amount of caramel and dark fruits throughout. Fairly sweet; Light yeast and light hops round things up. Boring… Hoppiness is light lemon and grass in nose. Lime and grassy hops in taste. Bitterness is medium for a lasting, mid-astringent sweet-bitter finish; Slightly dry after taste. Watery and sweet-bitter to mouth.

Comments: This one had basic BdG elements - maltyness, musty nose, caramel taste and fair hoppiness, but it’s too watery and sweet. Maybe this is one of those light-style BdG for the summer, but it’s just a tad too light for me. Caution advised.

Overall not a bad little beer. Ok for a refreshing beer. I am sure there are better beers but it is not bad. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pas terrible... Rien de nouveau, une bière au malt trop légère et sans saveur...
