COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Weicher, dunkel hopfig-malziger Antrunk. 8/9/9/8/8/8

It is a classical pale ale. I drank this beer with one friend in Lausanne. I bought it in the dribk of the world Zürich. The appearance is copper, average foam and regular carbonation. The hop is present and well balanced with the malt. It is a nice one to start a night.

Very light aromas of caramel and hops. Pours almost rosy brown and clear with a thin off-white head. Tastes of hops and some sweetness - faint banana after light sourness. A long but mildly sour finish and light carbonation. Balanced but subtle and unassertive. Well made but not exceptional. Great label.

courtesy of Philipp and Thomas - translucid amber-orange beer with a long lasting beige foam; moderate aroma of cream, caramel and citrus, light mineral; subtle carbonation, light sweetness and a gentle bitterness; aftertaste of apples, caramel and yeast - pointless

Copper color with some foam. The smell reminds of a sweet amber ale. The taste resembles a hoppy amber ale. Not bad, but not particularly special either.
