UPDATED: MAY 15, 2023 Draught. Hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is lemons, some grass, wheat and mild funky tones. Flavour is zesty, lemon, grassy and mild herbal notes with some earthy tones. Funky and quite tartly dry finish.

UPDATED: MAR 8, 2020 Keg at Moor Vault, Bermondsey. Smells like fertiliser, the natural kind, but all the same. Some musty, dried fruity flavours, but lacking a certain complexity. Finish is nice and apply.

@Au Trappiste - cloudy orange beer without foam; aroma of horseradish, flowers, blueberries and bitter; decently sour, the finish is dusty, papery with notes of earth, flowers and ripe oranges

Keg at Moor, Bermondsey, 08/09/18. Lightly hazed golden yellow with a decent off white cap. Nose is mellow citric, light funk, grass, herb. Taste comprises lemon rind, pissy tang, grass, damp cloth, hay bale, yeast esters, light floral tones. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok.

Tap. Opaque yellow color with no head. Aroma is herbal, flowery, dough. Taste is flowery, dough. Oily mouthfeel, flat.

Keg at the Moor taproom. Pours yellow, nose is burnt rubber, funk, floral, taste is rubbery, funk, musty.

Bottle pour at Au Trappiste. Pours cloudy yellow with no head. Aroma is soft funk, dirt, chalk. Body is medium, sour, some stables, minerals. Rather thin flavours. Dryish palate, rather boring even if balanced well.

0,375 l bottle from Alko Arkadia, Helsinki. Appearance is golden, cloudy, sparkling and a big lively head. Aroma has spices. Taste has spices and mellow flowers. Ending has more spices.
