Tap at the rebranded Taigu. The food here now focuses on burgers. Lightly cloudy gold with an eggshell white head of foam. Yeasty, grainy, breads sweet honey aroma. Surprisingly light and soft in the mouth. It goes down smooth with lots of bready notes, stone fruits and some crisp herbal hops notes. A clean beer and a good example of a strong golden ale. Tap at Tir Na n-Og. Sweet, aroma is boozy, yeasty, not so Belgian, but cakey, maybe quad like aroma. Taste is sweet again, cakey again, not so hoppy. Feel the booze further down. Apples. Dough. Interesting, but not sure about it.

On tap at Naka-Meguro Taproom spring 2014. Served in a tulip. Hazy orange with a small off-white head. Big aromas of apple, peach and pear with a hint of corriander. Sweet and dry on the palate with a bit of pepper. Spritzy and refreshing with alcohol noticeable on the finish. Overall fruity with nice hop balance...leans toward the sweet side.

On tap at Mikkeller Stockholm. Slightly hazy orange with a small white head. Sweet with grass, light hops, fruit and with a light tartness. The body was light.

Amber with small off-white head. Mild sweet&sour aroma. Light sweetness on the first half of tongue, some honey notes, sourness on the tongue middle and remaining lasting bitterness on its root.

Tap at CBC 2014. Beer in the glass deep golden, nice head. Mild malty aroma. Starts mild, malty-spicy, some sweetish notes, more and more fruity with notes of peaches. Well balanced finish. Nice!

Keg at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014, red session. 03/05/2014. Golden orange coloured pour with a light white fluffy head. Aroma is honey, lewather and light smoke. Flavour isclean, caramel and nutty malt. Palate is somewhat thin, semi-sweet. Pretty boring tbh./
