UPDATED: AUG 10, 2023 Bottle. Pours golden with medium head. Aroma is malty, dry, some dust, light caramel. Taste is malty, bitter, dry, some leather, dust. Nice beer!

UPDATED: APR 29, 2023 500ml bottle (Regalia, Tallinn) (6:3:7:3:13=3.2) Clear straw, large frothy persistent head. Big bold and bright herbal and grassy hop aroma, some soft pale pilsner malts. Delicious herbal and grassy taste, but, again, not lacking on pale bready malts. Nice bitter bite in the finish. Classic bitey german lager, good one. Super refreshing - would have been perfect as a sauna beer. Ooops, bad scheduling.

UPDATED: MAR 12, 2023 Die Etikettierung könnte kitschiger nicht sein! Optisch hat man es hier mit einem klassischen Hellen zu tun. Hellgolden und mit ordentlich cremigem Schaum hinterlässt es einen sehr guten Eindruck. Vom relativ leeren Geruch lässt sich dies wirklich nicht behaupten. Lediglich eine klägliche Menge Malz ist zu erfassen. Dementsprechend fällt es auch geschmacklich fad und leer aus. Zugegebenermaßen kommt es sehr frisch daher. Im leicht süßlichen Mittelteil kommt eine minimale Getreidenote zum Vorschein, ohne sich jedoch vollends zu entfalten. Und so klingt das Göller Brotzeitseidla sang- und klanglos aus. Insgesamt ist das Bier eher geschmacksarm, hier wurde wohl ganz bewusst Wert auf die Süffigkeit gelegt. Dürfte tatsächlich nur etwas zur Brotzeit sein.

UPDATED: FEB 12, 2023 Niewielkie wysycenie, spore ciało i goryczka na pierwszym planie, nawet dość długo zalega. Mogłaby być przyjemniejsza, fakt, ale i tak jest ok.

UPDATED: DEC 28, 2022 Bottle shared on the train during the Bamberg Post Christmas Jolly - January 2014. Pours clear pale yellow with a foamy, white topping. Decent stuff, some doughy bread, cereal, straw, faint lemon rind. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Moderately sweet finish, an accent of tin, dry cereal, biscuits. Enjoyable.

UPDATED: JUL 3, 2022 Appearance: clear gold with a large white frothy head of good retention. Aroma: grain, bread, herbal hop. Taste: light sweet, light to medium bitterness. Pure. Good malt and hop. Mouth feel: medium minus body, appropriate carbonation. Overall: a pleasant lager.
