Cask: Regular - 6.8% & Bottled: Unfiltered - 7.0%.
Ingredients: Avon Valley water; Malted barley, Maize, Pacific Gem, Challenger, East Kent Goldings, Pioneer, and Fuggles hops, Brewers yeast
A traditional India Pale Ale, brewed with a hugely increased hop rate for a strong, floral aroma, and a powerful, bitter taste. This award winning IPA is seriously drinkable, but deceptively strong…. not a beer to be taken lightly! Strong, hoppy and refreshing. Bursting with hoppy resin flavours and citrus, this is an IPA with a bite. Light enough in flavour to be refreshing for the summer, yet strong enough to be warming in the winter.

19th Oct 2018; half-pint, gravity pour at the 4th CAMRA beer festival in Shifnal, Shropshire. Golden body, white affair on top. Hop and bitter from start to finish, malts playing second fiddle; light floral aroma and flavours help to calm the bitterness down a little: Nice.

Bottiglia.

Gravity at Newtfest 2016. Golden with no real head. Syrupy citrus aroma. The taste has citrus and more syrup, alittle aniseed and some booze. Moderately bitter finish. OK.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Light golden colour. Pleasant enough, not overly sweet with a little English hop bitterness. Just a bit boring - seemed a bit of a waste of a 7% beer, have had plenty of 4%ers with at least as satisfying a flavour profile.
