Nische (4602) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JAN 21, 2023
UPDATED: JAN 21, 2023 Bottle at home. Slightly hazy yellow with quick, white fizz. Quince, pear, some . A bit of funk. Super elegant, clean and dry. Short finish.

MicroGrog (3249) - Asheville, North Carolina, USA - JUL 25, 2021
UPDATED: JUL 25, 2021 Bottle from Tipsy in BK. Duvel glass @home. Foamy, off-gold to orange, opaque. Smells of lime, sweet tarts, red apple skin, beeswax, bitters. Lemon, lots of drying pithy apple cores, honey, whiskey sour. Drying texture, okay carbonation, slightly boozy, yeasty bottom. Not as refined as some of the other ciders on the label, though way better than average. Quince is a great sideshow, but again, is better elsewhere. Still a great cider, but didn't wow. Good to very good.

minutemat (14700) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - JAN 17, 2018
75cl bottle from the 4th floor of a crafts shop in Bulle, Switzerland, hidden behind some soap and ornaments. Pours clear gold, small white head. Aroma of pronounced sweet fruity quince and perry pear. Taste similarly leans close to these fruits, lightly slick and oily on the palate with a gentle fruitiness and the lightest tannic whisper. Good stuff.

anstei (3818) - SWITZERLAND - NOV 6, 2017
Bottle from Welschland, Zurich. Pours clear golden. Aroma is indeed apple, pear and quince, fruity throughout. Body is light and sweet, also tartly sour. Juicy and fruity. Moussant palate. Slightly salty, but still fruity. Harmonic and juicy. These three fruits work incredibly well together.
