caribou43 (3082) - SWITZERLAND - APR 30, 2021
UPDATED: APR 30, 2021 This beer is coming from Rüfenacht Getränkmarkt at Oey-Diemtigen. Opening this bottle, at home, Epalinges and sharing it with my wife. The body is yellow and clear, a bit troubled, sparkling carbonation, white foam. A classical beer, not bad, on the Swiss way, malty and smooth at the palate, grainy and hazy, fruity, discreet note of hop, yeasty.

PowY (4562) - Vienna, AUSTRIA - APR 14, 2019
UPDATED: APR 14, 2019 From tap at Bierschiff Thun. Hazy straw yellow color with a white head. The aroma is yeasty - dough, sourdough, grains, some fruity notes. Medium body with a light sweetness and a very light bitterness. The flavor is similar to the smell - apples, grains, wheat, bread and hints of cardboard. Finishes lightly metallic.
