UPDATED: APR 4, 2019 Robe or orangé, plein de gros flocons de levure, mousse correcte mais peu durable. Nez de levure puissant, notes de coriandre. En bouche, les mêmes arômes ressortent, de même que le froment. Une blanche assez classique et pas des plus réussies...

Bottle. It pours hazy golden with a small white head. The aroma is light citrus and wheat. Light spice. Wheaty and malty flavour with light spice, light soap and citrus.

Pours cloudy pale yellow with thin white head. Nose is yeasty. Aromas are sweet malts, orange, coriander. Low carbonation, low body. Medium sweet and coriander finish.

Bottled. A light golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of wheat, lemon, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemon, straw, and wheat.

Alc. 4.7%. Hazy medium yellow color with grey notes, a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, paper, moderate yeasty. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100706]

75 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is spiced, herbal and slight mouldy. Mild citric and wheaty. Citric and mild spiced finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Cloudy and opaque dark golden with an off-white head that quickly dissipates. Lightly sweet and spicy nose - some coriander. Rather light body, sweet fruit, coriander and a whiff of yeast. Ends dry. 240510

After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity not wall adhesive white foam collar which was fine and evenly of structure. The beer also contained much carbonic acid in the glass. The beer has a thick dark blond color and a sweet taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a citrus touch. This beer smells fruity.

Hazy blond color; big head. Light aroma, spicy and lemony. Dry mouthfeel, light malt flavor, strangely there is a very light smoke touch; the final is not very bitter, but even longer than the Blonde, lightly spicy and dry. Not very good but drinkable.
