UPDATED: AUG 28, 2020 08.08.2020: From tap at the brewpub at 5.1% ABV, shared with Werckmeister! Very hazy dark yellow to orange color with a white head. The aroma is lightly to medium hoppy and lightly yeasty with wheat, fruity notes, citrus fruits and spices. Medium body with a light sweetness, a light bitterness and a very light tartness. The flavor is surprisingly hoppy with quiet some citrus fruits, lemon, lemon zest, apricots, bread, some yeast notes and hints of banana. Finishes with wheat, a light hoppy bitterness, a very light tartness and relatively dry. A refreshing and surprisingly hoppy Witbier with lot of citric notes.
