A very boring brown ale, this one. Simplistic malts, English hops, too heavy carbonation. Watery mouth feel. Disappointing after the very pleasant Klintz Blonde. (50cl bottle from a biomarché in Tours)

bottle from the brewery’s stall at Strasbourg Christmas market. Amber-brown colour with a large and creamy off-white head. Grainy malty start, some nuts and yeasty fruity accents, shy hoppy finish. Hints of chocolate.

Bottle. Clear brown with long lasting off white head. Some dried red fruits and caramel, strong herbal finish with some unripe fruits. Quite dry with watery feel. Not very good.

Bottle at TSODRBSG 13. Amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is malt, herbs, caramel. Flavour is malt, herbs, caramel, yeast. Weird beer.

Clear medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, light roasted, light to moderate yeasty, shoe polish. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, mint, caramel, spicy yeast, malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130830]

Sampled @ RB Danish Summer Gathering 2013 day 1, Ulfborg. Bottle. Clear dark orange to autumn orange-brown color, small beige head. Smell malts, lightly sweet, don’t get a lot more. Taste lightly malts, lightly sweet and leaves. Hmm average at best imo.

Bottle, 4.8%. Clear brown with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, little chocolate and a little bread. Flavour is malt, caramel, fruit, yeast, little chocolate, little dark fruits and medium sweet.

Bottle @ TSODRBSG13, Ulfborg. Unclear brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and light chocolate. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 300813
