COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

UPDATED: OCT 18, 2021 This bottle is coming from Staubi Getränk shop at Muri AG. Opening it yesterday after a day at the papillonrama, at Kerzers. The body is gold and clear with an average carbonation, white foam. Personally, it was not my favourite beer, a bit disapointing, best before 10/21. The taste is unbalanced heavy side of malt, metalic touch with a sensation of old strawberry fruit, hop, not pleasant at the mouth. Of course, it is my own view.

Cloudy yellow color with foam ring. Milky and malty nose. Very aggressive carbonation with a fresh malty taste. The aftertaste is a little herbal. The beer has too much carbonation.

330 ml bottle, at home @10°C Light orange-yellow, slightly hazy (due to yeast I guess). Small white head. Aroma: Floral and hoppy notes with a hint of malt. Slight sweetness. Taste: Sweet, some hops. Very tasty beer. Try it out.

Cloudy blond color; generous head. The aroma is very fine, hoppy and malty, light but subtle. It has the dry mouthfeel that suits a warm summer day, but the flavor is a bit cornish (not enough crispy); it has a decent bitterness. Simple but refreshing and pleasant.

Bügelverschlußflasche (Vielen Dank, Julian!): Hazy, golden, mid-sized, slowly collapsing fluffy white head; mild to moderate grassy-hoppy nose with yeast and sweet pale malt underneath, soft, medium bodied; moderate bitter-sweet flavour; slightly lingering - not too dry - grassy hoppy finish with a light fruitiness. Nothing to complain.....

(bottle, 33cl, courtesy of Allen) Hazy, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Fresh yeasty and moderately sweet malty aroma with a tinge of citric and herbal hops. Sweet and faint bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a spritzy carbonation and a well-matured mouthfeel. Slightly yeasty pale malt character with slightly fruity and herbal hops; sweet malty and now quite rounded hop bitter finish with subtle fruity notes. Easy-going and very pleasant to drink. 02.I.10
