UPDATED: MAR 8, 2022 Brown with little head. Full flavoured with caramel, nuttyness and burnt notes. Also coffee and licorice and prunes. Some sweetness but not overwelming. Medium carbonation. Will do well with dark, roasted meats.

UPDATED: DEC 23, 2018 Slightly dark with an off white, short lasting head. Aroma: Malt, caramel, yeast, straw and some roasted notes. Taste is sweet with a bit of hop bitterness. Just a plain honest malt forward christmas beer without all the gimmicks

Two year old bottle at home. Has a deep dark brown colour with a beige head. Aroma of caramel, raisins, bread and hints of coffee. Has a malty flavour of wood, dark chocolate, dried fruit and some coffee. Has a slick and silky mouth feel, medium body and a light bitterness. A malty and okay ale.

UPDATED: DEC 7, 2017 Bottle 33cl. Clear red/brown with a beige foamy head. Spicy aroma, with malty tones. Rich taste which follows the nose, but with some metallic as well. Nice bitter finish. Makes it easy to drink, not too sweet.

Da stenene i øllet skulle give en mere smag uden noget sødt, sukker da noget bliver siddende på stenene er uden tvivl noget af grunden til at den smager meget specielt (og at den sætning blev lidt lang og underlig). Let spritet i det, og ikke mindst god tung og kraftig. God jul!
