UPDATED: JUL 15, 2022 Dimanche 19 juin 2022. Festival Sambre & Friends 2022 de Spy en Belgique. Galopin (bouteille). Bière orange trouble avec une mousse blanche moyenne, rétention moyenne. Fruité rouges (groseille), herbacé, grain. Amertume légère à moyenne sèche rafraîchissante, légère acidité et douceur ronde. Présence en bouche moyenne, texture fine, moyen gazeux, final sec fruité un peu rond. Agréable.

UPDATED: JUN 17, 2022 Bottle was a gusher until I took a good swig from it. The aromas are the standard Belgian ale of vinous, yeasty malty. Flavors are very much like nose. Nice balance between bitter, sweet and tart with okay body and excellent carbonation. Flavors are nothing to write home about. Okay finish.

UPDATED: MAY 24, 2022 Big semi lasting white head. Opaque golden color. Murky lactic aroma with tiny saison carater. This is a bottle from Belgo club and is over aged.

UPDATED: APR 30, 2022 Flaska från Belgoklubben. Bärnstensfärgad med luftigt smutsvitt skum. Fräsch lite stallig doft. Något syrlig och fruktig smak.

UPDATED: MAR 27, 2022 330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, dark amber colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Yeasty fruity and yeasty spicy aroma, sweet-ish, caramel malty background, hints of nectarine, orange peel, curaçao, aniseed. Taste slightly dry, yeasty fruity and yeasty spicy, light tartness, hints of unripe peach and nectarine, a touch of orange peel, aniseed, ginger. Watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally astringent palate, very fine, soft carbonation. Quite manifold, definitely not modern - OK.

UPDATED: SEP 24, 2021 On tap at Tørst. Hazy gold pour with an off-white head. Fruity, dry, Belgian yeast, spice, Interesting.

UPDATED: MAY 31, 2021 This is a quality beer. Unusual for a saison, quite dry with a little sourness. Good mouthfeel. Spicy and fruity. Clearly made with quality ingredients.

UPDATED: MAR 30, 2021 gran birra e gran bevuta. Sorpresa al naso con un inaspettato limone e scorza d'agrumi. Aspetto ambrato leggermente carico e molto torbida. Bevuta: la prossima la verso in 2 tempi, attacco pure leggermente acido, secca astringente saporita. Da riprendere senz'altro.
