UPDATED: DEC 26, 2023 BB 12.2.24. From a stubbie poured a crystal clear light amber with a thin blotchy cap that didn't lace. Carbonation moderate, lively and medium to coarse. Aroma strongly of pale malts, dirty dish-water and maybe hints of grass; no obvious hops. Taste moderately strong of pale malt, hints of metal, slight sweetness; bloating; no bitterness. Light body bordering on watery. Smooth with a short finish. Difficult to drink, even harder to enjoy. Best avoided.

UPDATED: DEC 25, 2021 66 cl. bottle @ home, served in a teku glass, best before: 2022/10. Aroma: medium intensity aromas of citrus, cereals, grains, hay, bread, malts, herbs, hints of spices. Appearance: pale gold color with perfectly white foam made of small bubbles which barely grow over time, medium to high head thickness, medium to high retention, medium Brussels' lacing, no haziness. A few columns of bubbles keep raising from the bottom of the glass. Taste: low to medium sweetness, low bitterness, no sourness. Flavors of cereals, grains, hay, straw, bread, malts, citrus, hints of herbs, spices. Very well balanced. A bit sweeter at first and more bitter toward the finnish. Mouthfeel: low to medium body, watery to slightly oily texture, medium to high carbonation, quite long dry finish with low to medium bitterness and the aforementioned flavors. Alcohol is well hidden and only noticeable because of a light throat and mouth warming. Astringency is not noticeable. Hop burn is not noticeable. Overall: a lager with clean flavors and aromas but not the best from this style. Drinkable and balanced with lots of hay, cereals and grains flavors and a citrus twist.

UPDATED: NOV 22, 2020 Lager italiana dal colore giallo dorato limpido e il profumo maltato, mentre la schiuma è abbondante. Il gusto è ovviamente maltato con qualche nota di luppolo e il finale è secco, infine il corpo è leggero e ciò la rende molto beverina.
